The Document link provides access to the Document Gallery. Here your various documents are arranged into tabs. Users can access the tabs and reports depending on their role in the organisation and as allowed by the Administrator.

The Gallery is broken into sections. You will only be able to see the tabs that your role and permissions allow.

All Reports

The list of reports that run over Organisation wide data.

Published Reports

Published reports and letters are listed showing title, date and Author. Click to view.

Case Documents

Published reports that were run at a Case level are listed. Click to view.

Data Mining

CSV exports for those who need to really crunch the data. Contact support to discuss this feature.

Forms

From here you can use Rataora’s Form Builder to create your own custom forms. Select ‘New’ to begin the process, or click one from the list edit. See the Form Builder section for more help.

Letters

From here you can use Rataora’s Form Builder to create your own custom letters. Select ‘New Letter’ to begin the process, or click one from the list edit.
