You can create your own letters using Rataora’s Form Builder. Similar to using Mail Merge in Microsoft Word, the Form Builder creates letters that are accessible from a Case and automatically populate the important details you need, in the layout you want.


The letter builder, as part of the Form Builder, is only available on the Enterprise version of Rataora.

To start building your new letter, select Documents from the top menu. In the Document Gallery select the Letters tab.

The Letters tab has two functions:

1 - list all of your Organisations letters for editing purposes. Select the letter you want to edit and make the changes as necessary. (The editing steps are the same as creating a new letter).

2 - start creating a new letter by clicking the ‘New Letter’ button at the top.
