You can apply a Saved Template to the note you are writing. This saves time putting in headings and doing formatting on those most commonly used note formats.

To apply an existing template simply navigate to the Case, select ‘Add’ then Case Note, and select the template from the Saved Templates dropdown picker.


You can change anything in this note without it affecting the template. 


How do I add a note template?

To create, edit or delete a Note Template, navigate to the Documents Page and select the Notes tab.


To create a new template, click the New Note button. In the modal that opens: 

enter a Title for the template that makes sense to you, so that it is easy to select from a list - e.g. ‘Appointment Notes’.

create the structure for the note. This may include headings, formatting or set pieces of text. 

Save it


This note is now available for selection when adding a note.


Important - When a note is being written using the template, all elements can be overwritten in the note, but the template will remain unchanged.


To edit or delete an existing note template, select the note from the list, make the desired changes and save, or click delete.
