Users can access Rataora from the login page at https://go.rataora.com. Log in using your email address and password. Before you can log into Rataora, you will need to be invited by an existing user. When you are invited, you will receive an email with a link to activate your user account.
Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your password, then use the ‘forgot password’ link on the login page (above) to request a password reset email. After entering your email address, an email will be sent to you with a link that can be used to reset your password.
Account Lockout
If you make three unsuccessful attempts to login, your account will be temporarily locked for 20 minutes. All account lockouts are logged and monitored daily.
