Getting started

Rataora is a comprehensive Case Management System that is based on the web and accessible 24/7 from any location where the Internet can be accessed. It has been built using standard industry best practice by experienced professionals in both software and clinical/community work. It will be a continually developing system and additional development will come at no extra cost to the user – who may leases access to the system on as little as a month by month basis. While there are many functions available within Rataora, users are expected to use only the parts that are relevant to their practice and can change from time to time (using more or fewer functions). Some are expected to only use it as a sole practitioner for recording client details and use the Calendar (i.e. not use notes or forms or reports – including the accounting functions). Whereas some organisations will use all the functions (including levels of administration and service provision), for allocation of clients to case workers and supervision and full financial management (in conjunction with accounting packages such as Xero or MYOB). In essence Rataora is flexible with the object of being both adaptable and affordable. Rataora is likely to always be developing because that is what the team like doing most. And we are keen to hear what works, what doesn’t and what might be considered next. login to Rataora
