Case Worker

Rataora is built with security and privacy in mind. Using best practice models, Rataora has a number of user roles allowing you to decide which users will get access to data.  By default, a case can only be viewed by the Case Workers, Supervisors and Clinical Managers. Administrators cannot access any case data.

A Case Worker can view only the cases that they own or have been invited as a Case Worker to. A Case Worker can make notes private. This means that the note will be accessible only to themselves, their Supervisor, and the Clinical Manager.

Associate Case Worker

An Associate Case Worker can view only the cases that they have been invited as a case worker to. They cannot view notes marked as private by others.

Supervisor

A Supervisor can see all cases of the case workers whom they supervise. A Supervisor can also read private notes written by Case Workers that they supervise.

Clinical Manager

A Manager can see all cases in the service they manage and can read all private notes.

Administrator

An Administrator cannot view any cases.
